Shipping

Every piece is made when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Production and delivery

Most items ship in approximately 10 days from order to door. Some pieces are made by hand and take longer — the delivery time is listed on the product page.

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends and holidays add days.

Where we ship

Worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are set by your country, not by us, and are your responsibility. Customs can also add time we can't predict.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships. Allow 48 hours for the first update to appear.

If something goes wrong

Package delayed or missing? Email info@hoopletebrand.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll trace it with the carrier.

Once a carrier marks a package delivered, we can't recover it. If that happens, contact the carrier directly.

Address changes

Check your address before you order. We can usually change it within 24 hours, but once a piece is in production the address is locked.
