- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the fulfillment provider (Apliiq or Printful). Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

- Hooplete ships worldwide, but international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages
