1. Products

Many items are made to order after you buy. Colours may look slightly different on screens, and small variations in embroidery or print placement are normal. Products marked "Coming soon" are not yet for sale. Any launch date shown is an estimate.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in [CAD]. The total shown at checkout includes the item price and shipping. Taxes, and for orders outside Canada any duties, are shown or explained before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Your order

Before you pay, checkout shows a summary so you can review, correct or cancel your order. We email you a copy of your order after purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, and will fully refund you if we do.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Our products come with the legal warranties provided by law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these terms limits those warranties.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

7. Content and trademarks

The Hooplete name, logos, designs, photos and text belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or use them without written permission.

8. Reviews and user content

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning or hide negative ones.

9. Ambassadors and affiliates

Ambassadors and affiliates may earn a commission on sales they refer. Their posts about Hooplete should disclose that relationship.

10. Liability

The following clause does not apply to consumers in Quebec, or anywhere the law does not allow it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Nothing here forces you into arbitration or removes your right to go to court or join a class action, and your local consumer laws still protect you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order applies to that order.
